I'm honoured each time I sell a property at this seminal Toronto landmark. It's a masterpiece of design.”—Paul

“Great buildings that move the spirit have always been rare. In every case they are unique, poetic, products of the heart.”
– Arthur Erickson

When Erickson’s King’s Landing building was completed in 1984, it marked a very promising time for both architecture and city living. This exceptionally gracious building hinted at the possibility of generously-sized homes, dotting the shoreline of our city, where families could go about with the duties of urban life. From their terraces they could watch the boats go by, or they could swim, play tennis, golf or roam about in the spectacular amenity space.

While no waterfront building has quite matched the elegance and promise of King’s Landing (with respect to KPMB’s 500 Queen’s Quay West), I believe Kings Landing stands as a brilliant reminder of what good architecture can be: inspiring to those who inhabit it, and those who simply pass by. Sit for an hour in the music garden, and I think you might agree.

This oversized 2 bedroom home has been graciously modernized, and features superb living space and a balcony overlooking Yo-Yo Ma Park, the marina and the lake beyond. The open-concept living room features hardwood floors, and a terrific plan that is great for entertaining.
