EXTERIOR DETAILS
The exterior space has been customized and extremely well thought-out. The gardens are designed by award-winning Earth Inc (http://www.earthinc.com). There is an irrigation system throughout the garden and planters, which has been professionally installed and maintained by Burto.
The yard is equipped with a series of LED lights which provide ample lighting at night. They also have the capability to change colours and set any mood. The lighting system was professionally installed and maintained by Moonstruck Lighting (http://www.moonstrucklandscapelighting.com).
The graffiti screen you will find on the side yard is a custom piece done by a local graffiti artist and is a contemporary nod to the railway heritage of the Junction.
Finally, a trio of apple trees were planted which will start producing fruit this spring!
