I admit to being rather bothered that a Toronto developer has recently named their new-construction project “Kings Landing”. I can only imagine that nobody on their team knew enough (or perhaps cared enough) to realize that this name was proudly taken by this iconic building some time ago. It set the residential bar very high for the city in terms of design, livability and beauty. We’ll see how the new entrant performs…
Welcome to King’s Landing, a truly iconic building along Toronto’s waterfront by the late Arthur Erickson.
This suite is a perfect example of why this building endures – an absolutely flawless floorpan with an abundance of space and tremendous natural light. The suite has been stylishly renovated throughout, and includes a modern kitchen with great storage and counter space, as well as a pair of renovated bathrooms including a truly decadent master ensuite.
With over 1,700 square feet of indoor living space, plus a large terrace running virtually the length of the suite, this home is ideal for those who seek extra space for living, and for those who enjoy entertaining. The renovation has preserved the built in buffet between the large living room and separate dining room, while updating all flooring throughout. The master suite includes a large solarium which is a perfect study / work area, and a spacious walk-in closet.
Enjoy all the amenities of this grand building, including a large gym, indoor pool, tennis court, driving range… pretty much every conceivable amenity all within moment’s to the city’s core and the island airport.
