It’s amazing how a ‘niche’ can grow so extraordinarily quickly.

Only a few years ago, I was helping to bring the very first new wave of modern housing design to the city – seemingly fairly alone in the wilderness with only a few brave pioneers. A few homes at a time…

Today, to my delight, modern and distinctive properties are top of mind for so many buyers in the city. So much so, in fact, that for two years running our new developments have been awarded “Project of the Year” for low-rise at the BILD awards – the building industry’s “Oscars”. This year, it was awarded to the impeccable Edition Richmond development.

Beyond this, our office is buzzing with an exciting group of clients. Busy enough that in 2012 I achieved top sales status not only within my brokerage, but also as #1 salesperson in downtown west and top 1% in the GTA. Buyers are actively seeking out homes with great architecture and design, precisely the niche that we have inhabited for many years.

We have some truly stunning new developments in the works, and some exciting new listings – all of which will be profiled on our website. What a privilege it has been to date to work with so many superb clients, and I’m immensely excited for the opportunities ahead.
