I often use the expression “yabut” – a not so subtle mashup of “yes” and “but”. Most properties have a yabut or two – “ya, I love this home but I wish it had parking” or “ya, this spot it perfect but every time the train rolls by the glasses fall off the counter”. We had the honour of selling this project a number of years ago, and caught some grief for being a bit cheeky (although I always thought “Prepare to be Converted” was marketing genius).
